The Gospel is the central message of Christianity, meaning “Good News.” It is the story of Jesus Christ—His life, death, and resurrection—and what that means for humanity. Here’s a summary of the Gospel:
1. Creation – God’s Design

God created the world perfectly. Humanity was made in His image to live in perfect relationship with Him. (Genesis 1:26-31)
2. The Fall – Sin Enters the World
Adam and Eve disobeyed God, bringing sin into the world. This separated humanity from God, leading to death and suffering. (Romans 3:23, Genesis 3)
3. The Rescue – Jesus Christ
God sent His Son, Jesus, to live a sinless life, die on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and rise from the dead to defeat sin and death. (John 3:16, Romans 5:8, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
4. The Response – Faith and Repentance
Salvation is a free gift from God, received through faith in Jesus. Repentance toward God and Faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Acts 20:21, Romans 10:9)
5. The Restoration – Eternal Life
Those who believe in Jesus are reconciled to God, given a new life, and will spend eternity with Him. God will restore all things, creating a new heaven and earth. (Revelation 21:1-4, 2 Corinthians 5:17)
